A Gem…by the Lake
Lough Derg House is located on the banks of Lough Derg overlooking the Harbour in Dromineer and with stunning views of the Lake and surrounding countryside.
We have six great bedrooms all ensuite and with fantastic views of the Lake. We have four double and two family rooms and can accommodate a total of 14 guests.
We also are happy to let the entire house for private functions, family get togethers, training courses, business meetings, retreats etc.

Dromineer is a village located just 10 minutrs from Nenagh, 30 minutes from Limerick. It is situated on the banks of Lough Derg which is part of the Shannon navigation system. Lough Derg is c 40 km in length with Portumna at one end and Kilaloe at the other. Dromineer is mid way up the Lake on the Tipperary side and looking accross towards County Clare and Galway.

Dromineer is a fantastic spot. There is so much to see and do in the area. The village is home to Lough Derg Yacht Club, two fishing Clubs, a private Marina and Boat Yard, a public Harbour to accommodate visiting Cruisers, a heritage trail, an outdoor Gym and a gastro Pub.
The Lake is an unbelievable resource for Swimming, Boating, Canoeing, Sailing, Power Boating, Water Skiing and more.
Nenagh is a great shopping town with many Botiques and Artisan shops.
